How to join

GoCrypto can be joined by any company that has online or local physical stores and is registered on the supported markets. Other countries are currently not supported, but we are working on this to change!

You can join GoCrypto by registering your company and providing info on your local and/or online stores through the GoCrypto Merchant Onboarding website. A confirmation with a signed contract and credentials for POS usage will be sent to your email. If you have a local (physical) store, you either activate an Integrated POS in your ERP (cashier) software or start using our Web POS. We will also help you with the POS use instructions for your staff. If you have an online store, follow the instructions to integrate our plug-ins. Start using GoCrypto and accept crypto payments!

You will need to provide the following: Email address; Phone number; Company information (Name and TAX number); Business address; CEO information (Name & Surname); Business and Technical Contact Person (can be the same); Bank information (Bank name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT); Information on individual local (physical) store and/or online store.

Setup

The Web POS does not need any particular installation onto your computer. You just need: a desktop computer, a laptop, a tablet or a mobile phone with stable internet connection to access our website. It can be the same device that you use for your cashier software. Once you complete the onboarding process, you will receive installation instructions in digital form to the email address that you provide, while the complete guide and FAQ are available within the Web POS itself.

If you use the RCL, MAOP, eBlagajna, POS Elektronček, NGN, TRONpos or Billy software, our GoCrypto POS is already integrated in your software! All you have to do is complete the onboarding process and contact our integration team at [email protected] or +386 51 495 865 to activate your access to GoCrypto payments. If you use any other ERP software, please email us.

If you use Magento 1.x or 2.x, WooCommerce 3.x, PrestaShop 1.6.x or 1.7.x, OpenCart 3.x, osCommerce 2.3.x or CS-Cart for your online store, we have ready-to-install plug-ins and detailed instructions for each of them. If you use any other e-commerce software and would like this software to be the next to integrate with the GoCrypto POS, please contact us at [email protected]. How it works

Select “New Payment” in the main menu and enter the payment amount into the dedicated entry field by using a keyboard or a touch screen. Optionally, a reference number can be added. Click “Continue to payment” and a QR code will be generated. Ask the buyer to scan this QR code or the sticker that as placed in front of your cashier desk (if the cashier screen is not easily accessible to the buyer). Once the buyer completes the process and confirms the transaction, a green arrow will appear on your screen with the “Payment successful” status. This indicates that the funds have been received. You can now issue an invoice. For accounting purposes, you can enter the “Archive” and print out the confirmation slip.

When the payment is created, the QR code with a timer appears. From this point onwards, the user needs to complete the payment in 3 minutes. If it takes longer, the process expires. In this case, you simply create the payment once again.

No worries, simply click on the “Cancel payment” button and repeat the process once again.

Click “Archive” in the main menu to scroll through the complete history of payments. You can filter the results showed by date and payment status. For accounting purposes, the Archives can be exported in CSV or PDF form.

Of course! Click “Billing” in the main menu where you can print out the daily statement, on which payments made with individual currencies are shown.

GoCrypto enables payments with bitcoin cash (BCH), the GoC token, bitcoin (BTC) and ether (ETH). But you should not worry about this. Once the user scans the QR code, they will select the desired payment currency in their application, so the process remains the same for you in all cases. In addition to cryptocurrencies, GoCrypto also supports payments with pre-deposited Euro value in some regions.

The buyers can use the Elly or Bitcoin.com mobile applications. Your process is completely the same no matter which wallet the user selects.

Yes, in addition to cryptocurrencies, payments with pre-deposited Euro value are supported in some regions.

Once a payment is successfully completed, the funds cannot be reimbursed through the GoCrypto system and the refund must be made by the merchant.
